• The concept

Foxysales is an exclusive members-only online shopping club in Singapore, organising 1-week sales of well-known brands and designers for mums and kids at up to a 80% discount.

Foxysales covers a wide range of products: apparel, bags, jewels, kids and baby wear, baby stuff, educational toys, footwear, sportswear, homeware, books, electronics, etc.

Always on the look-out for great deals, we work hand in hand with internationally recognised and established brands and designers to organise the sales and offer our members the best possible products at the lowest prices. All products are first hand and 100% genuine.

• Become a member

You can become a member for free by simply registering your name and valid email address.

Membership is free and easy to join with no purchase necessary.

A member can invite friends to join the club and will receive a S$10 e-voucher for every friend that makes a first purchase after being invited by him/her.

Daily notifications are sent to our members to inform them about the new sales starting and inform them with the upcoming sales.

Sales begin at 12pm.

• Order confirmation and payment

You will be informed of the shipping costs (if any) prior to final confirmation.

Once you have paid for an order, you will receive confirmation via email of what you have purchased, the amount paid and the delivery address you have specified.

As secure payment is mandatory, purchases may currently be paid via Paypal, with an existing PayPal account or as "guest" by credit/debit cards.

The following cards are currently accepted by Paypal: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express.

• Delivery

Delivery will be free for orders above S$100.

A delivery fee of S$5.9 will be added to your order for orders below S$100.

You can also opt for self-collection at Foxysales office (118 Joo Chiat Road #04-01, Singapore 427407), free of charge, when your order is ready.

Delivery dates depend on the length of the sale but most orders will be delivered within 10 working days after the end of the sale.

Your order will be delivered to the address provided during the order process.

Orders may require a signature upon receipt.

Please do not accept your order from the transport company if it appears damaged.

If you have not received your order within 15 working days or if it appears damaged please notify us using the form on the contact page, providing as much information as possible.

• Returns, exchanges & refunds

To ensure you are 100% satisfied, you can return purchased items within 7 days of receipt and get a full refund.

All items must be returned with their original, undamaged packaging and must be in an unused condition (see Terms & Conditions for more details).

If your order is damaged please do not accept it from the transport company otherwise we will be unable to refund you.

Except in the case of faulty returns, the cost of returning your order will be borne by you. Please note that the item is your responsibility until we receive it.

Exchanges are possible if you have received an item that is defective or not correct as per your order. If the correct item is no longer available you will receive a full refund.

Please note that your right to return products does NOT apply to the following product categories unless they are faulty: Products made to the Members’ specification, perishable goods (such as food, beverages and cosmetics), books, CDs and DVDs, leisure and travel items (such as trips, hotel stays, flights, spas and tickets for theatres), software, toiletries, cosmetics, lingerie, swimwear, earrings and any duvet or pillow) and all electronic Products, whose packaging has been opened.

You will receive a full refund within 30 days from our receipt of the returned product(s), including any delivery costs.
