As you would have noticed, Foxysales first sales have commenced and we are thankful for your support!
To facilitate you guys during the purchase, here are some queries we would like to address.
Should you have any enquiries, do feel free to drop as a comment on our blog or Facebook page.
1. Are the products second goods or faulty goods?
The products sold at Foxysales are 100% genuine and first-hand, not defective goods.
2. Are the products featured shipped from overseas after I make an order?
Most of our products are instocks in Singapore. Thus from the point of purchase, do give an allowance of 10 working days, after the sales ends, for the products to be delivered to you. For more delivery details, do read our FAQ.
3. What if the product was faulty when I received it? Do i get a refund?
Within the first 7 days of purchase, if you are unhappy with the product because it was defective or of the wrong size, you could send it back to us for a full refund, depending on the situation.
4. What do I do if I'm not familiar with the UK sizings?
Before you make any purchase, remember to check the size of the product and order the correct sizing. Size guides can be found at the menu bar on the bottom of the webpage. Our comprehensive size guides also includes measurements in inches and centimeters.
5. How do I know if the product is still available?
Availability of the products would be shown when you click on the item. A "Sold Out" sign would surface if the product is no longer in stock.
6. After the end of the sales for a particular product brand, would you still bring the same products in again at a later date?
Do take note of the length of sales of the different categories of product. Different categories have different sale period. Once the sale period ends, the products would not be sold anymore. However, different products from the same brand could still be brought in at a later period. Since the sales period is very short, usually lasting only 3-4 days, you would have to be quick in making your decisions!

You will be able to return you product unless stated under 3.5.5 of our terms and condition.
That said, you will have to bear your own shipping costs.
If in any case if the product is defective, then, we will be liable for both the postage fee and the full refund.
So remember to check the size chart before making any purchase!
